A construction firm is seeking a construction site inspector responsible for site inspections, monitoring workmanship, and managing documentation for projects in Metro Manila and provincial areas. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Prepare procurement of necessary materials for designated areas.
• Estimate material quantity requirements for different scopes of work.
• May be assigned to areas such as Line and Grade, Concreting, Rebar, Formworks, Finishing, Precast, and QA/QC.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
