Job summary

Litecrete Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from planning to completion. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams, and report progress to the Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably on high-rise projects. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with high-rise projects preferred.

Litecrete Corp. is seeking a talented Project Engineer. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our engineering projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as neededReport Regularly to Construction Manager
• Attend weekly coordination meetings
• Estimates projects and prepare shop drawings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role
• Preferably with High rise projects experience (e.g. condominiums, hotels, and etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from start to finish
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to relocate/travel for outside CEBU Projects
