About the role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team at LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. as part of our fulltime workforce. This pivotal role will be based in Legazpi City Albay and will play a crucial part in overseeing and managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Developing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise

• Ensuring that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols

• Preparing detailed progress reports and communicating regularly with key stakeholders

• Providing technical expertise and support to the wider construction management team

What we're looking for
