Job summary

Aidea in Mabalacat, Pampanga is seeking a Project Engineer to manage various construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring project delivery on time, quality control of designs, and compliance with applicable codes. Knowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modeling is essential. Candidates should preferably reside in Pampanga or nearby.

Job description

Project Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects and resources from planning, development, and execution throughout the building lifecycle. They will provide support in the business and marketing strategies of the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting performance and quality standards
• Plan, design, and manage multiple project typologies
• Establish, implement, and monitor project resources including setups, standards, and skill assessment within the management coverage
• Facilitate the assignment of project team members by supporting in the selection of members ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the project
• Manage the communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams
• Accountable for quality control of design, process, and contract documents
• Manage due diligence activities and ensure that project is in compliance with codes and regulations
• Support the clients in preparation of documents for the application permits
• Manage and organize project correspondences
• Support in project billing coordination and follow ups
• Manage the preparation of contract documents and specifications for projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Comprehensive knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and applicable codes
• Intermediate skills in the use of applicable software
• Knowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modelling and construction documentation
• Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design and other Specialty Services
• Ability to establish relationship with new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Must hold a valid Professional License in the related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout
• Broad and significant exposure in construction
• Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby location.
