Job summary

Beyond Immersive Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to join our growing project team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on planning, coordination, implementation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of lighting, electrical, LED display, and technology-driven projects. You will prepare and review BOM, load schedules, and technical documentation, maintain schedules, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and installers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience preparing BOM.
• Experience in load scheduling and project scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work between office and sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOM, material take-offs, load schedules, and technical documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor project schedules and progress.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, measurements, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project implementation, manpower, materials, quality, and deadlines.
• Review plans, shop drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, accomplishment reports, punch lists, and turnover documents.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project turnover.
• Identify and elevate delays, technical issues, risks, and project concerns.

Beyond Immersive Inc. is looking for a hands‑on and highly organized Project Engineer to join our growing project team.

The role will be involved in the planning, coordination, implementation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of lighting, electrical, LED display, and technology‑driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM), material take‑offs, load schedules, and technical documentation

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor project schedules and progress

• Conduct site inspections, surveys, measurements, and technical assessments

• Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers, and internal teams

• Monitor project implementation, manpower, materials, quality, and deadlines

• Review plans, shop drawings, specifications, and installation requirements

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, accomplishment reports, punch lists, and turnover documents

• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project turnover

• Identify and immediately elevate delays, technical issues, risks, and project concerns

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering

• Must know how to prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Must be knowledgeable in preparing Load Schedules

• Must have working knowledge of Project Scheduling

• Willing and able to conduct site inspections and site coordination

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable for assigned deliverables

• Comfortable working between the BGC office and project sites

• Available to start ASAP
