Job summary

BUILDRIGHT CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in Manila is seeking a Project-In-Charge to oversee construction from planning to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and compliance with company standards and client requirements, coordinating with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 2–3 years in supervision or management, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

• Supervise daily operations on site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update management regularly.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower requirements for each project.
• Resolve issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and client specifications.
• Assist in project cost monitoring and documentation.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Job Description:
The Project-In-Charge oversees and manages construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with company standards and client requirements. The Project-In-Charge coordinates with various teams, supervises on-site activities, and provides regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in construction project supervision or management.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

• With valid PRC License (Civil Engineer) is an advantage but not required.

• Fresh graduates with relevant training or internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
