The Project Engineer monitors the Planning, Design and Construction Stages of the development for new projects. He/she ensures that that the project assigned to him/her is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule for TPI properties, as well as makes it ready for turnover to property management and leasing services.

The Project Engineer will supervise all development and implementation of a project and will be actively involved in any other project site -related work. He/she will be responsible for establishing project inspection criteria, coordinating the review of project designs and ensuring the proper implementation of project elements.
