Responsibilities

• Supervise construction from layout, excavation, foundation, columns, beams, slab pouring to finishing.
• Ensure structural plans are implemented correctly—checking rebar spacing, concrete cover, mix design, and curing process.
• Interpret structural drawings and resolve on-site engineering issues.
• Ensure all works comply with the Philippine Structural Code and approved engineering plans.
• Monitor project timeline and resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials).
• Submit a Weekly Accomplishment Report quantifying work done.
• Review and approve all structural materials submittals (cement, rebar, hollow blocks, formworks systems) submitted by the contractor.
