• Monitors CCTV/Alarm System and records observations.
• Reports findings to Security Monitoring Supervisor.
• Coordinates with managers, departments, police, and security agencies when alerts arise.
• Records all incoming alert signals and actions taken.
• Conducts regular tests on alarm systems to ensure efficiency.
• Reports defects to ICT and alarm contractors.
• Toubleshoots alarm system and records last activity.
• Updates base station directory and information.

The position is primarily responsible for monitoring the alarm system/CCTV to ensure the security of the owners, employees and other individual within the company premises. The position is also responsible for gathering and verifying data generated by the alarm system, watch list, e-mails, and counter logs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the Close Circuit Television (CCTV)/Alarm System
• Records and reports observation to the Security Monitoring Supervisor
• Coordinate with the concerned manager, other department as well as police and security agencies once alert signal is received
• Records all incoming alert signals and courses of action
• Conducts regular test on all alarm system to determine its efficiency
• Reports to ICT and Alarm contractors for any defective alarm system
• Troubleshoots alarm system to record last activity
• Update base station directory and information

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year Information Technology- related course
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
• Willing to enter fixed-term contract
• Willing to work in Makati City
