Job summary

Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead all MIC projects from contract award to final acceptance and collection. You will deploy PMs, site teams and equipment across power, transmission, telecom and solar/BESS.

You’ll approve execution plans, drive weekly reviews, own P&L, and coordinate with clients, regulators and partners while ensuring safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering and a licensed PEE or REE.
• 12+ years in EPC or utility construction, incl. 5+ years leading multiple projects.
• Delivery experience in two of: distribution/substations, 69kV+ transmission, telecom site builds, solar or BESS.
• Proven track record with budgets, variation orders, billing and collections.
• Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and NGCP or electric cooperative energization requirements.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

• Act as MIC's senior contact for clients; coordinate with NGCP, LGUs, electric cooperatives and regulators on permits and energization.
• Enforce safety (RA 11058) and QA/QC standards on every site, aiming for zero lost-time incidents.
• Coach and develop PMs and OM, and roll out standard project procedures and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery in at least two of these: distribution/substations, 69kV+ transmission, telecom site builds, utility-scale solar or BESS
• Proven track record with project budgets, variation orders, billing and collections
• Working knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code and NGCP or electric cooperative energization requirements
• Willing to travel to sites nationwide

Our Project Managers will report to you, and you'll sit on the Management Committee, reporting to the COO & General Manager. You'll be accountable for three things: projects delivered on time and safely, margins at or above the bid estimate, and billings collected.
