Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Cost Controller/Project Controls specialist in Manila to support project managers with financial administration, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. You will prepare reports, reconcile invoices, and monitor variations while ensuring data accuracy and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across project cost control, project administration, or project services support roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
• Experience working with Contruent or similar project controls and cost management systems.
• Experience supporting Project Managers with project financial reporting and project performance monitoring.
• Experience with ProjectWise, Primavera P6, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of project controls principles, financial reporting, and project governance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast‑paced project environment.
