Job summary

Capital Contracts and Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Cost Control professional in Metro Manila to support budget tracking, commitments, payments, and cost reporting. You will contribute to earned value analysis and project dashboards, collaborating with contracts, procurement, planning, and project management teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining registers, forecasts, and variance analysis to support monthly reports and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cost control, commercial reporting, or project controls on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with budgets, commitments, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting.
• Comfortable with structured registers, dashboards, and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget, commitment, cost, payment, forecast, change, and variation registers.
• Track actual costs, commitments, invoices, approved payments, pending payments, and forecast final cost.
• Support monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards.
• Assist with earned value indicators, performance reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with contracts, procurement, planning, and project management teams.
• Maintain cost workflows and records inside AYATA.
