They will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across project systems, preparing information for reviews, and ensuring follow through on key actions. The role will also provide structured support to Key Account Managers (KAMs),including compiling performance reports (e.g. win rates, sales metrics, and client feedback) and supporting the monitoring of service delivery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
