The Project Coordinator role is critical in ensuring project data, trackers, and administration activities are maintained accurately and on time, enabling Deputy PMs and Project Managers (PMs) to focus on delivery, client engagement, and commercial outcomes.

The Project Coordinator will provide structured support across financial tracking, reporting, action management, and system updates. They will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across project systems, preparing information for reviews, and ensuring follow through on key actions. The role will also provide structured support to Key Account Managers (KAMs), including compiling performance reports (e.g. win rates, sales metrics, and client feedback) and supporting the monitoring of service delivery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
