Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mandaluyong to oversee store fabrication from concept to completion. You will conduct site oculars, coordinate with lessors/mall administrators, and prepare architectural, electrical, and plumbing plans for new stores and renovations.

The role requires fieldwork readiness, detail-oriented organization, and the ability to work independently with procurement support and contractor billing oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Board/Bar) in Architecture and/or Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledgeable on Fire Pro, Plumbing and Electronics.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to go on fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of new store fabrication to operational from plans proposal to monitoring constructions to finish.
• Conducts ocular inspection of approved sites for new stores of Potato Corner.
• Coordinates with lessors and mall administration for analyzing and reviewing the specific design guidelines.
• Formulates schematic plans based on Potato Corner design applying restrictions and guidelines of the lessor.
• Provides detailed architectural, basic electrical and plumbing working plans.
• Provide assistance to Procurement team looking for contractor for the project.
• Involvement in monitoring payment request for constructing billing of contractors.
• Oversees project turnover to operations team by monitoring the construction timeline is met following lessor guidelines, drawings specifications and aligned with actual fabrication.
• Manages existing store’s minor and major renovations by providing new designs and assistance with construction monitoring.
• Handles minor store repair and rectifications that is concerned from contractor back jobs, mall requests issued via memorandum and any other store alterations.

4. Can work independently.


5. Willing to go on fieldwork.
