• Progress reporting: Prepare regular status updates, cost forecasts, and performance variance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Change & risk support: Log project changes, assist with processing variation requests, and help identify potential schedule or budget risks.
• Team coordination: Act as a liaison between the project management team, finance, and procurement departments to align resources.
