Job summary

Smart Save Solar in the Philippines seeks a Project Control / Technical Operations Coordinator to oversee solar PV installation project execution, ensuring orderly progress and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, manpower, material readiness, and reporting, acting as a hub among Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Installation teams.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or PM and 3+ years' experience in related roles; knowledge of PM tools like Lark, Drive, and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination, scheduling, or ops management.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of solar PV or construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational order across all solar PV installation projects.
• Manage schedules, manpower, and material readiness.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
