Responsibilities

• The Airfreight Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the team to achieve departmental goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• This role focuses on optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment to meet and exceed business targets.
• The Project & Continuous Improvement Management supports the 4PL organization by leading continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional project activities, and supporting the onboarding of new 4PL services.
• The role also manages regular transactional reporting activities (DQ checks, MBR deck preparation, billing reports) until fully automated through IT Systems & Automation.
• This position operates under the guidance of the 4PL Management Team, providing advanced coordination, documentation, and improvement support without acting as a manager or owning strategic decisions.
