Job summary

MGEN Renewables in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations. Requirements include a BS Civil Engineering, PE license, knowledge of construction standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must be Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and engineering standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work under 1 year employment contract, assigned in Conception, Iloilo

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and interpret engineering plans, construction drawings, technical specifications, and other project documents.
• Assist in developing construction methodologies, work plans, and schedules for efficient execution of project activities.
• Supervise, monitor, and inspect daily construction activities per plans, specifications, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance to site personnel, workers, and subcontractors on construction execution.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, milestones, and completion dates; identify delays and risks and propose actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and measurements to ensure conformity with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve design and construction concerns.
• Assist in final inspections and turnover of completed works per contractual requirements.
• Prepare and monitor punch lists and coordinate completion of outstanding works.
