Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Civil Engineer license in the Philippines.
• 3–5 years experience in civil engineering, project development, or related energy field.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy project development and site assessment methods.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations, foundation design and civil planning.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software and design tools; knowledge of codes.
• Good command of English; willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for renewable locations.
• Prepare detailed proposals and development plans with civil considerations.
• Coordinate permits, licenses and environmental clearances with authorities.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources during development.
• Perform geotechnical surveys and civil design reviews for viability.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, enviro specialists and PMs.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies during development.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting projects.
• Support transition from development to construction and operations.
