Job summary

ActivationMachine, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Associate to manage end-to-end purchasing activities and supplier relations from Laguna. You will oversee purchase requests, issue POs, and support cost optimization across our growing marketing services network.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, resolving delivery or billing issues, and maintaining precise procurement records and vendor contracts to uphold service quality.

• Search for new vendors and compare price quotes.
• Talk with suppliers about delivery dates, costs, and item quality.
