Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit investigations and gather relevant information to evaluate customer creditworthiness.

• Process and monitor customer credit line applications.

• Prepare and send credit-related correspondence, including collection and demand letters.

• Coordinate with customers regarding credit line requirements, supporting documents, and account-related concerns.

• Assist in monitoring customer accounts and credit limits.

• Maintain accurate customer records and credit documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of credit requests.

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
