The ideal candidate has 2 years of IT BA experience and UML proficiency, and must be onsite 5 days a week in Malate, Manila, with flexibility for a project-based assignment.

Qualifications

• Has 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Amenable to work 5x a week onsite in Malate, Manila.
• Willing to accept Project-Based Type of Employment.

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team
• Identify, document, and analyze business requirements
• Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions
