Responsibilities

• Process real-time project cost transactions.
• Review and post project cost entries with adjustments as needed.
• Check accuracy and completeness of project cost data.
• Prepare Project Cost Analysis and Project Cost Reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of guidelines for Disbursement Transactions and payable processing.
• Attend queries from suppliers/subcontractors and ensure on-time processing of Payment Requests/APV.
• Verify monthly accruals for unpaid expenses.
• Oversee scrap disposal: bidding, reporting to HO Accounting and CMU.
• Manage Warehousing guidelines and monthly inventory reports; real-time receiving/issuing.
• Ensure on-time processing of Project Business Permits.
