Channel Factory in Manila is seeking an Associate Programmatic Solutions Manager to support the successful execution and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other paid social environments. You will work closely with Programmatic Solutions Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and align with client goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to build platform expertise, gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, and contribute to client success

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising operations.
• Basic knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, or media execution.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support campaign setup and trafficking across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely launches.
• Monitor delivery and pacing, and apply basic optimization tactics under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with platforms, trackers, and targeting parameters.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details and workflows.
• Help compile performance reports and contribute to internal reviews with actionable observations.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and other stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and execution plans.
• Participate in client calls or internal briefings as a support representative for the trading team.
• Stay updated on platform best practices, new features, and policy changes.
• Explore new optimization strategies and test cases with guidance from more senior traders.
• Learn from Senior and Lead Programmatic Solutions Managers through mentorship and ongoing training.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture.
• Uphold campaign quality assurance by reviewing setups and tracking implementations.
• Suggest improvements to trading documentation or internal processes to increase efficiency.
