HRTX in Alabang is seeking a Program Officer for Foundation / Scholarship to manage all aspects of the scholarship program, recruit students, and ensure compliance.

You will conduct site inspections, assist in budgeting, support outreach, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver program goals. The role suits detail-oriented individuals who can handle multiple tasks and work independently within a small team.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently (one-man team with assistance).
• Knowledge of budgeting and basic finance is a plus.
• Experience in education or foundation programs preferred.
