Job summary

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in social development work with understanding of multi-stakeholder collaboration to drive meaningful results.
• Willing to work in Makati City on a hybrid work setup (at least 3x a week onsite).
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the assessment of students, from qualification to graduation, and assist with scholarships and enrichment sessions.
• Handle and monitor student applications, including screening, interviewing, confirming scholarships, and donor engagement.
• Ensure scholars meet economic, leadership, and academic criteria, and assist in onboarding and documentation management.
• Oversee scholarship administration, including monthly allowance disbursements and tuition payments, in coordination with donors and partners.
• Liaise with the foundation's support groups to deliver outputs for scholars and donors/partners, and conduct semestral scholar meetings.
• Gather information for impact storytelling and plan tracking systems to monitor all scholars of the Foundation.
• Contribute to donor relations through marketing efforts, donor reports/proposals, and sustaining partner relationships.
• Support in executing post-scholarship plans for alumni and coordinate with schools and Ayala Group for potential opportunities.
