iOPEX Tech is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the Pioneer Team in Taguig City. This full-time role focuses on delivering key programmes within our call centre and customer service operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and aligning initiatives with organizational objectives.

You will drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting and process improvements while working on shifting schedules at our Bonifacio Global City location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme or project management in call centre or customer service
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
• Knowledge of programme management methodologies and tools
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience with performance metrics and KPI tracking
• Knowledge of customer service operations and best practices
• Willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources
• Coordinate and oversee multiple teams to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor progress against KPIs and milestones and address deviations
• Communicate status, risks and updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage programme budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution impacting delivery
• Support training and development of team members involved in programmes
• Maintain programme documentation and ensure policy compliance
