Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and delivery of enterprise and transformation projects.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive plans.
• Monitor project milestones and resolve issues; coordinate with business and IT managers.
• Ensure project objectives align with the Bank's overall strategy and priorities.
• Support governance and continuous improvement of project management practices.

• capabilities, and operating platforms. The Program Manager oversees each activity related to the
• assigned project and has in-depth knowledge of the individual components and phases of the
• project. The role exercises discretion and decides when intervention is needed and the
• appropriate action to undertake at any stage of the project.

How will you contribute?

• 1. Leads in the initiation and delivery of assigned enterprise and transformation projects of
• the Bank.
• 2. Drives stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across sponsors, cross functional
• teams and other stakeholders.
• 3. Anticipates risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• 4. Regularly reviews project status and attained milestones. Acts as the clearing house for
• project-related issues and concerns and recommends appropriate action or resolution to
• intervene and solve the issues. Collaborates with business and IT project managers to
• address any deviations.
• 5. Monitors the progress of all assigned projects and preserves the alignment of the project
• objectives and milestones with the Bank’s overall strategies and priorities.
• 6. Guides and supports business and IT program managers in their tasks to ensure
• successful delivery of projects.
• 7. Participates in the development and continuous improvement of project management and
• governance.
