Job summary

PCI Private Limited, a Celestica member, seeks an experienced NPI/Program Manager to oversee transition from prototype to production in Laguna, Philippines. The role involves coordinating delivery plans, liaising with purchasing and production, and ensuring on-time NPI shipments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EMS/manufacturing, strong communication skills, and experience with MRP/ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EMS/Manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plan.
• Monitor and work with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plan.
• Able to participate in customer's conference call for delivery matters.
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure on-time delivery for the NPI shipment.
• Able to analyze the forecast waterfall.
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers, to provide updates and ensure alignment.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the NPI program, such as supply chain issues, production readiness, or design flaws.
• Overseeing the transition from prototype to production, ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient and that the product meets production requirements.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
