Job summary

PCI Private Limited, part of the Celestica family, is seeking a seasoned Purchasing and Planning professional in Laguna, Philippines. The role requires 4+ years in electronics or mechanical assemblies and EMS purchasing exposure, with SAP ERP and strong Excel skills.

Current arrangement is WFH until the office is ready in the Laguna area. The ideal candidate will coordinate with teams, manage BOM and material master, and ensure timely procurement and delivery to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
4+ years of Purchasing and Planning experience in electronics or mechanical assemblies.
2+ years of purchasing experience in EMS industry.
Knowledgeable in SAP ERP is advantageous.
MS Office skills with strong Excel.
Fluent English, spoken and written; Chinese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with team members to ensure availability of parts to meet production requirements.
Expedite parts and establish delivery dates to meet on-time customer delivery.
Source and procure direct material for production within timeline and budget.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials for production.
Coordinate material planning with Demand Planning and close loop status reporting.
Maintain data integrity for material shortage reports.
Work with Engineering to ensure system setups like BOM and material master.
