Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee delivery teams, drive performance, and manage staffing, budgets, and timelines for fintech projects in Metro Manila. The role focuses on evaluating performance and implementing improvements.

You will collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, assess risks, and drive migration plans, while developing standard PM processes and tools to boost delivery success. Onsite work in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fintech or banking projects is a plus.
• Scrum Master or PMP certifications are preferred.
• Onsite work in Ortigas required.
