Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, PMP certification preferred, and a Master’s in business management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience.
• PMP certification from PMI preferred.
• Master’s in business management preferred.
• Proven track record in project/program management and team leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication with management and teams.
• Experience with Primavera or MS Project.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.
• Understanding of PM, Lean Production System, APQP, EASA and ISO9100.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of programs and provide program control.
• Develop and update integrated program schedules; identify critical path, risks, mitigation and recovery actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Provide program reports and communicate status to PMT.
• Maintain program documentation, change proposals, and budgets.
• Handle small to large risk programs and complex interrelated programs.
• Assist in developing policies for program execution.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and management up to executive level.
