Job summary

FEU Institute of Technology invites a dynamic Program Director to lead the Electronics Engineering department, shaping strategy, curriculum, and program delivery with a focus on accreditation standards.

You will mentor faculty, manage budgets, build partnerships, and drive student success, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to advance engineering education at FEU Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• Valid PRC license.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in academe and/or industry.

FEU Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Electronics Engineering program.

Position Overview

As a Program Director, you will serve as the academic head of the department—driving strategy, leading faculty, and ensuring excellence in curriculum and program delivery aligned with institutional goals.
