Job summary

Ventaja International Corp. in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a reliable office driver to deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, mails, cheques and other items as instructed.

Safely transport employees, guests, and company officials to and from destinations as required. Duties include daily vehicle inspections, reporting issues, maintaining office premises, stocking supplies, disposing of garbage at 5:30 PM when needed, and ensuring access control of office premises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.
• Safely transport employees, guests, and company officials to and from destinations as instructed.
• Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle’s condition (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
• Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.
• Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.
• Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises, and general cleaning as scheduled
• Monitor, stock, and arrange office and pantry supplies, and report any replenishment needs or issues with office facilities and equipment.
• Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.
• Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.
• You will be assigned to dispose of garbage daily at 5:30 PM in the absence of the assigned personnel.
• In the absence of the maintenance admin the assigned personnel shall carry out the task.
