Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking an experienced driver in Metro Manila to safely transport executives, staff, clients and visitors to destinations as needed.

You will pick up and deliver documents and materials, run official errands, and maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition. Ideal candidates hold a valid Professional Driver’s License (1,2,3), know Metro Manila routes, and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (1,2,3) for the vehicle.
• With good knowledge of Metro Manila routes and alternative routes.
• Familiar with basic vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Good driving record with no serious traffic violations.
• Physically fit and able to perform driving and occasional lifting/loading tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and visitors to authorized destinations.
• Pick up and deliver documents, supplies, materials, and other company items.
• Perform banking, government, purchasing, and other official errands as assigned.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition.
• Conduct daily inspection of the assigned vehicle before and after use.
• Monitor fuel, oil, tire pressure, battery, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and other required reports.
• Assist in loading and unloading documents, supplies, and materials when necessary.
• Ensure the proper and secure handling of company documents and items during transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information encountered during official trips.
• Perform other driving, delivery, and office-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
