Qualifications

• At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
• Valid professional driver's license (Restrictions 1 & 2 or 1, 2 & 3) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver; familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations; admin support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff, executives, clients, and visitors as required.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation for all assigned trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular checks to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly and schedule necessary repairs.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items between offices and external locations.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and events, including setting up rooms and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on office equipment and facilities.
