Job Description: Ingram Micro is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Billing & Pricing Operations team. This role is responsible for managing billing processes, pricing analysis, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and reporting. The position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational efficiencies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Manage billing, pricing, and reconciliations with high accuracy and compliance. Analyze vendor pricing, contracts, and financial data to resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Own high-priority and complex vendor/reseller issues and drive resolution. Maintain data integrity across systems, regions, and stakeholders. Support pricing decisions, validations, and approvals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports across multiple regions. Leverage advanced Excel, reporting tools, and automation for data analysis. Build dashboards, templates, and reporting solutions. Analysis of large datasets and provide data comprehension Translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting outputs.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve productivity and service quality.
- Escalation & Issue Management: Investigate and resolve escalated issues through detailed analysis. Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution of business-impacting issues.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs. Provide guidance, training, and onboarding support to team members. Act as a key point of contact for process-related queries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with reconciliations, financial data, and vendor operations.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- SQL, Python, and data analysis capabilities.
- Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, RPA tools like UiPath).
- Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation in reporting/operations.
- Experience in Cloud Products and Vendors – Billing and Pricing.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems.
