Job summary

Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is seeking a Productions Associate who is organized and experienced in photo and video editing to support content across our beauty brands. The role focuses on content creation, graphic design, and ensuring brand consistency.

You will work with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches, manage shoots, and maintain high-quality visuals for social, email, and web channels.

• Proven experience (at least 1 year) in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing photo/video content across platforms.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting and audio setups.

FG PH aims to make beauty accessible to Filipinos through its pillars of Beauty, Health, Dermo, Fashion, FMCG, F&B and Retail. FG PH products are available in leading retailers nationwide.

We are currently looking for a talented Productions Associate who is experienced, highly organized and has proficiency in photo and video editing softwares.

What will you do?

• Content Creation : Develop creative and visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials, to promote our beauty and health products.
• Graphic Design : Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Content Strategy : Work with the marketing team to contribute to content strategy, brainstorming ideas, and developing concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Branding : Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity, including colors, fonts, and style guidelines, across all creatives.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience (at least one year) in a similar role within a creative agency, marketing team, or production house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful photo and video content production across various platforms.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups for shoots.
