You will work under creative direction to capture high-quality visuals and prepare outputs that meet project timelines and brand standards. Responsibilities include planning shoots, setting up lighting and audio, editing in Premiere Pro, basic Photoshop tasks, organizing files, and collaborating with teammates

Qualifications

• 1+ year in photo/video production or related creative role.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
• Able to shoot and edit both photo and video content.
• Portfolio showcasing photo and video work.

Responsibilities

• Photo & Video Production: Shoot photo and video content based on approved creative direction.
• Capture product shots, B-roll, and other visual assets for campaigns.
• Edit assigned material based on approved creative requirements.
• Prepare final outputs according to required specifications.
• Organize raw files, project files, and final outputs.

Job Summary:

The Multimedia Producer supports the Creative Team by shooting and editing photo and video content for different products and campaigns.

The role focuses on executing approved creative requirements, capturing quality visual assets, and preparing final photo and video outputs based on the team's direction and standards. The Multimedia Producer will work closely with the Creative Team to ensure that all assigned visual content is properly produced, edited, organized, and delivered within the required timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photo & Video Production Shoot photo and video content based on approved creative direction.
• Capture product shots, B-roll, and other required visual assets for various products and campaigns.
• Assist in Customer Testimonial shoots and other creative production activities.
• Set up and handle basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure that captured photo and video assets meet the required quality and creative standards.
• Editing & Post-ProductionEdit assigned photo and video materials based on approved creative requirements.
• Perform basic photo enhancement and video post-production.
• Apply revisions based on feedback from the Creative Team.
• Prepare final photo and video outputs according to the required specifications.
• File & Project ManagementOrganize raw files, project files, and final outputs properly.
• Maintain an organized file structure for easy access and future use.
• Ensure that assigned deliverables are completed within the given timeline.
• Communicate updates, concerns, and blockers that may affect project completion.
• Creative Team SupportFollow approved creative direction and brand guidelines throughout the production process.
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Team during shoots and post-production.
• Provide support for other photo and video production requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course is an advantage, preferably in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in photo and video production, video editing, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
• Able to shoot and edit both photo and video content.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing photo and video work.
• Able to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Good eye for composition and visual quality.
• Comfortable handling both shooting and editing.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Open to feedback and revisions.
• Resourceful and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate updates and blockers clearly.
• Familiarity with social media and e-commerce content is an advantage.
• Willing to be onboarded and work onsite in General Trias City, Cavite.
