Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with at least 1 year experience in manufacturing and have hands-on exposure to automated bottling lines.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of training or experience in a manufacturing company.
• Preferably experienced to operate highly automated bottling equipment.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Santa Rosa Plant

Brief Summary of Role:

The position exists to effectively manage the operations of a highly efficient and fully automated equipment, with PC-based human machine interface which includes:

• Performance of standard machine operating procedures




• Scope of work, applicable for performance/operation monitoring, cost preventive and corrective maintenance, quality inspections and GMP, on equipment assigned




• To ensure production of quality products at optimum efficiency, productivity and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates, maintains and monitors the assigned equipment according to SOP to ensure efficient machine operation.




• Monitors vital parameters in operations based on required frequency, institutes corrective actions and properly records for reference purposes.




• Troubleshoots equipment based on the systematic and sequential approach of Problem-Solving Process (PSP) to identify the root cause.




• Practices behavior-based safety to ensure operational requirements to personnel, food, occupational, environment, and health safety are strictly observed. Conducts all precautionary safety checks and activities during operation and prior to conducting maintenance activities and participates in Safety Programs.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering or Engineering/Technology-related or Manufacturing-related Courses (Mechatronics & Automation related courses).




• Preferably with at least 1 year training or experience in a Manufacturing company.




• Preferably experienced/trained to operate highly automated bottling equipment.
