Recruitify_HR is seeking a Production Team Leader for our Laguna-based manufacturing site. The role is onsite in Biñan with a regular schedule and a gross monthly salary of PHP 21,000.

Qualified candidates are engineering graduates with 1–3 years of Japanese manufacturing experience, capable of supervising teams and coordinating cross-department workflows. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Course or related field.
• With at least 1–3 years experience in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint; strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met.
• Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts.
• Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency.
• Handle people and parts management with attention to detail.
• Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
