Job summary

CloudEats in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Production Team Leader to direct daily operations across Butchery, Kitchens, Pastry and Packaging. You will report to the Commissary Supervisor and Production Manager and ensure smooth workflows, strict food safety, and uncompromised product quality.

As the role grows, you will lead and mentor section leaders, manage attendance, coordinate with procurement, and monitor performance metrics while upholding HACCP and GMP standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Daily Operations: Coordinate and execute production schedules across all stations, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Lead & Mentor the Team: Supervise and coach Section Leaders, manage staff attendance, conduct regular floor walkthroughs, and champion cross-training initiatives to build a versatile workforce.
• Uphold Compliance & Quality: Guarantee full adherence to HACCP, GMP, and local regulatory standards (DOH, FDA, LGU). Take immediate corrective action on any quality deviations.
• Planning & Inventory Control: Align weekly production targets, manage material and manpower shortages, minimize inventory waste, and collaborate closely with the procurement team.
• Performance Tracking: Document and report daily and weekly metrics, focusing on output volume, quality assurance checks, and labor efficiency.

As the Production Team Leader, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Pasig commissary. You will direct daily activities across all core sections—including Butchery, Kitchens, Pastry, and Packaging.
