Qualifications

• Plan plating sequence based on delivery confirmations.
• Assign work tasks to production operators.
• Coordinate with other sections to resolve issues.
• Conduct one-on-one interviews with underperforming operators.
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Summarize daily production output.
• Summarize monthly production control records.
• Update weekly production plan and daily targets.
• Monitor chemical additions in the plating line.
• Take necessary actions to address problems.
• Suggest improvements to increase line efficiency.
• Train newly hired production operators.
• Check and monitor daily operator attendance.
• Ensure maximum machine efficiency.
• Verify machine condition before start of production.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness (5S).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maximum efficiency of the machine.
• Ensure that the machine is always in good condition before the start of production.
• Maintain the cleanliness (5S) of the workplace.

7. Summarizes the daily production output.

8. Summarizes the monthly production control record.

9. Updates the weekly production plan and the daily production target and other graphs in the line.

10. Monitor the chemical addition in the plating line.

11. Make necessary action whenever there is a problem arise.

12. Make improvements to increase the efficiency of the line.

13. Train the newly hired production operators.

14. Check and monitor the daily attendance of the production operators.

15. Ensures the maximum efficiency of the machine.

16. Ensure that the machine is always in good condition before start of production.

17. Maintain the cleanliness (5S) of the workplace.
