Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the implementation of production plan through collaborations with other function(units) in order to achieve site goal's meeting customer demand quality and productivity


• In-charge of managing and developing the workforce as a primary resource in fulfilling site's goal


• Collaborates with production manager in creation of Manufacturing Budget


• Monitors and control production cost to ensure that they are within the budget and overtime costs of staff are financially justified


• Establishes production control to ensure that resources requirements are within the approved budget


• Establishes line control and optimizes day to day task to support customer requirement


• Ensures availability of the 4M resources in order to support customer requirement


• Manage and support completion of target (Volume against schedule and line item against schedule)


• Monitors measures and reports production performance to ensure accomplishments of work results on time


• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing quality standards


• Enforce strictly compliance on SOP including Health and Safety in order to maintain and improve quality product


• Maintain and improves product quality through collaboration with quality engineering


• Develops quality assurance plans and preventive measures to assure consistent quality of production


• Ensure that production employee's morale and well-being are within acceptable workplace settings


• Initiates coordinate and enforce system policies and procedures Communicate Significance information directly involving team members and ensure feedback system is perform as needed


• Drives team on continuous improvement program and influences team participation on company wide activities

Experience/Skills:

• Preferably with 2-year experience in Plating process (E-less plating is an advantage) software troubleshooting and other related tasks


• With ability to execute production plan


• With good communication and presentation skills


• With strong personality and result oriented.


• Understanding on Quality Requirements (FMEA Statistical approach 3x5 Why Root Cause Analysis)


• Understanding of basic electroless plating and principles including machine diagram and PLC of Plating machine (Pacline) metrology tools

Education:

• Graduate any 4 years course


• Graduate of Engineering (BSECE, BSME,BSECE, BSCOE or BSIE)
