Job summary

JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Foreman/Assistant Supervisor to oversee and guide production supervisory staff in a manufacturing setting in Cavite. You will plan, organize, and monitor daily activities to ensure alignment with work instructions and management memos.

The role requires engineering background and hands-on supervision with focus on process improvement and adherence to QMS standards such as IATF 16949/ISO. Strong coordination with production planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of molding process flow.
• General knowledge of quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.

• Plans, directs, and reviews the work activities of Foreman and Assistant Supervisor.

• Viewing of monthly loading plan including Production Forecast.

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing.
• Knowledge of molding process flow.
• General knowledge in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.
