Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a manufacturing supervisor in the Philippines to orient and train staff, develop growth opportunities, and manage shift production plans. The role emphasizes implementing standards, monitoring workflows, and resolving personnel issues to ensure production executes smoothly.

You will lead Kaizen and process improvements, communicate job expectations, coach employees, and enforce policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orient and train staff on procedures and standards.
• Develop personal growth opportunities for employees.
• Plan production by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Monitor and improve workflow on shift production.
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA activities in the department.
• Escalate issues to ensure proper execution of manufacturing plans.
