Job summary

Ccpc is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the plant, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are upheld. You will lead and supervise shift personnel, coordinating with quality and maintenance teams to sustain efficiency and GMP compliance.

Based in the Philippines, the role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a degree in engineering. The position involves hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous improvement within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility.
• Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Adept in handling and supervising people.
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro.
