Job summary

AJJJ Bakeshop OPC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the bakery production team and ensure daily operations run smoothly at the Bacolod facility.

You will oversee schedules, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Prior bakery or food-manufacturing supervision is preferred, with strong leadership and data-reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Experience supervising or managing people is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management, reporting and production monitoring.
• Organized, responsible and results-oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Prepare and manage employee work schedules and shift assignments.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with product quality, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct Gantt Chart analysis to monitor production schedules, timelines, and task completion.
• Identify production issues and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel to achieve company goals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
