Job summary

Moldex Group of Companies is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the PVC pipe line at the Marilao Bulacan Plant. You will oversee production, coordinate shifts, and ensure machines run within set parameters to meet quality targets.

The role requires an Engineering degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in PVC manufacturing, with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 familiarity preferred. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in PVC pipe manufacturing.
• Willing to be assigned to Marilao Bulacan Plant.

Responsibilities

• Receives inventory information of production highlights.
• Deploys personnel per shift to ensure machine coverage.
• Disperses shift-end information to foreman and operators with direction.
• Reports production status to Department Heads for guidance.
• Coordinates with warehouse on material availability.
• Coordinates with Die/Mold and Engineering for tooling and maintenance.
• Ensures machines operate within set standards and parameters.
• Prepares production reports during duty tours.
• Suggests improvements and enforces company rules.
• Prefers ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 experience.

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receives inventory information regarding the highlights of activities that happened.

2. Conducts shift deployment of personnel to ensure that all machines are being attended to.

3. Disperses information to foreman, process technicians & process operators, and events that happened from the previous shift to give immediate direction.

4. Reports to the Department Heads concerning the present status of production run and/or machine to get their direction.

5. Coordinate with the warehouse regarding material availability for the whole day.

6. Coordinates with the Die/Mold section regarding the condition and availability of tooling and the preparation of mold for possible change-over.

7. Coordinates with the Engineering and Maintenance Section regarding repairs and maintenance.

8. Coordinates with the Laboratory Section regarding the status or result of product testing.

9. Ensures that the machines are operating at a set standard and produce within set parameters.

10. Accomplishes all production reports required during his tour of duty.

11. Recommends personnel status change innovation, improvements, recognition & implementation of company rules and regulations.

12. Preferably with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor in the manufacturing of PVC pipes;

• Willing to be assigned in Marilao Bulacan Plant;

• Can start work ASAP
